How to Use the DFL System to Achieve Your Weight Loss
Goal and Succeed With Long Term Weight Control

[Note: May use our Weight Loss Success System with your Primary Care Physician, before or after your Bariatric Surgery Program, with one of our Physician Weight Loss Success Coaches or Educational Reinforcement Training Specialists, or as a Stand Alone, Do-it-Yourself Program].

  1. Enroll in your Selected Weight Loss Success Course or Program by clicking on the Course Enrollment icon.
  2. Select Details to view contents. Click Pay Now to officially enroll.
  3. After logging into the secure training system, complete the weight and height Profiler and set a Desired Weight Goal.
  4. Complete the Pre-Test by selecting Course, then taking the Pre-test.
  5. Review all Teaching Modules and take all corresponding post-lecture Mini-Tests, where indicated, immediately after reviewing the audiovisual seminar or written summary (in Downloadable Manual).
  6. Then take Major Post-Test after completing the Weight Loss Success Preparatory Coursework

  8. Begin your Weight Loss Success Implementation Program by first Downloading and Saving or Printing the Instruction e-Guide and Program Course e-Manual. Review the Instruction Guide and Program overview found in the manual.
  9. Order Weight Loss Success Meal Support Products from our online Store (May click Programs on toolbar to access). Our nutritionally-balanced, protein-based products will help you adhere to our Weight Loss Success Lifestyle & Diet System, Protocol and Plan.   10. Get Medical Clearance from your Primary Care Physician or Physician Weight Loss Success Coach if you have any known, serious pre-existing medical conditions, or are on any medications, which may require close monitoring or adjustment during the program as you lose weight and your health improves.
  11. May Call and Schedule Free Metabolism Assessment, if MBS service provider or MBS Physician Weight Loss Success Coach is in your area.
  12. Begin the Weight Loss Success Diet Program along with our or a graduated aerobic exercise program and daily hydration system (See e-Guide). Put the Principles into action.
  13. Follow up with your Physician Weight Loss Success Coach or PCP on a monthly basis, particularly if your desire is to use FDA-approved appetite suppressants as prescribed by your program physician. Follow up with MD after completing program.
  14. Review at least one course training module per week with a minimum recommendation of at least one module per month as you progress through the program and achieve your weight loss and health improvement goals.
  15. Read the course seminar summary for weekly topic at least 3 to 5 days a week.
  16. Go to www.microlifeusa.com and click on Weight Management and order the Balance Log Calorie and Nutrition Software Program, or ask your doctor. May call Metabolic and Bariatric Solutions, Inc. if you live or are able to travel to the Charlotte, NC area for consultation. Free MBS & Metabolism Consult for any program of $595 & up.
  17. Commit to and stay focused on your Goal, remember your purpose for doing the program, and adhere and submit to the strategy while you make your journey to Weight Loss Success. May make appropriate adjustments in physical activity and your dietary practices along the way.
  18. Consult an MBS Physician Weight Loss Success Coach or may have your primary care physician register to become an MBS Network Physician Coach and Begin 6 Month Coaching and Medically Supervised Metabolism-based Weight Loss Success and Health Improvement Training and Coaching Program.
  19. Have Physician refer you for Professional Nutritional Counseling (after you complete the program as well as help you attain a 5-year weight history if you are considering bariatric surgery). All DFL patient-clients should be referred for Nutritional Counseling.
  20. Have Faith and Confidence in Yourself and Your Ability to Achieve Your Goal!
