For Optimal Weight Loss: Recommend High Protein
Meal Replacement Shakes for Breakfast and Lunch, and Portion Controlled Meals
for Dinner. May choose 4 to 6 ounces of Lean Meat Plus One or Two Vegetables, or
Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice, e.g., along with 1 or 2 Meal Control Bars and/or
1 to 2 Meal Replacement Shakes until You Learn and Master using Food-based
Approach.
For Weight Maintenance: Recommend Portion
Controlled Meals for Lunch and Dinner. May Choose 4 to 6 ounces of Lean Meat
Plus One or Two Vegetables, or Lean Cuisine, or Healthy Choice, e.g., Along with 1
to 2 Meal Control Bars and/or 1 to 2 Meal Replacement Shakes per Day until
You Learn and Master using Food-based Approach.
* Recommend Continuing High Protein Meal Replacement Shake for Breakfast Concept Indefinitely along with a
Daily Multivitamin (e.g., 1 VitaBand or Multiform Chewable per day) plus Vitamin D
supplementation. Important Note: Some participants may elect to continue the same
commercial diet or select other commercially available meal support programs, such as,
Nutrisystem or Medifast.
